omnibuses, Mr. Amery would suggest

that, if Sir Austen Chamberlain

agrees, the United States Embassy

should now be informed that there

is no discrimination by law or

regulation against American

omnibuses in Hong Kong, and that

neither is there any restriction

incorporated in the licences issued

to omnibus proprietors,
